    abstract = { The COMET experiment aims at searching for the muon-to-electron conversion. It violates the charged lepton flavor conservation and its discovery is a clear evidence of the new physics. The experimental facility for COMET is being constructed at the Hadron Experimental Facility of J-PARC. In 2023, the first beam operation was performed for the beam commissioning. The proton beam was successfully delivered to the experimental hall and the secondary muons were detected after the muon beam transportation. }
